SHIPPING POLICY
Shipment processing
We work hard to fulfill your order, package, and ship your way within 3-5 business days.
Anticipate 5-7 days shipping processing during high volume/demand times such as holidays. Larger wholesale orders take longer to produce and prepare inventory. We provide wholesalers with an estimated shipping date upon receipt of purchase orders.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
We work with both UPS and USPS to ensure accurate, reliable delivery estimates. Shipping charges for your order are based on location, weight, and dimensions of products selected. Charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Customs, duties, and taxes
Travel Posters is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, delivery fees etc.).
International Shipping Policy
We ship Internationally, by request only. Customers agree to remit all charges and fees associated with International shipping. Please contact us here if desired.
Wholesale shipping agreement
Wholesaler agrees to remit shipping charges in addition to the total product charges listed on the P.O. or invoice. We are happy to use wholesale “third party billing”, given the account number and preferred provider.
30-DAY RETURN POLICY
We stand by the quality of our products but in the event that you need to return or replace an item we offer a transparent return and replacement policy. Due to the nature of our business all products are made to order, we do not stock anything. Refunds or replacements are available for products returned within 30 days of delivery in its original packaged condition along with the original invoice and confirmation of receipt date. Item shipment must be insured. We reserve the right to refuse a refund in the event the product is damaged during its return to our facility.
Returned products are subject to a restocking fee. Below is a detailed explanation on the restocking fee cost associated with each product category:

DAMAGES
While delivery has its challenges, we do not want that to prevent you from enjoying your product.
Please inspect all items immediately after they are received. In the event your order was damaged in shipment please inspect the contents thoroughly and immediately contact us at info@mandwdesign.com within 48 hours or receipt. Please include include the following information in your email to us:
- Images detailing all sides of the box the product was shipped in.
- Images detailing any damage to interior packaging and product(s)
- A clear and legible image of the shipping label
PRIVACY POLICY
This policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy SERIOUSLY and will take all measures to protect your personal information.
What Information Do We Collect?
We only collect information that we need that is related to your order. This includes your:
