Rio Grande Gorge – 4.25″ x 4.25″ Ceramic Coaster

$8.00 Each

The Rio Grande del Norte river originates in southern Colorado and weaves its way through New Mexico and on into Texas, creating part of our country’s natural border with Mexico. The gorge changes its color and character throughout the day as the river descends 1,885 miles to the Gulf of Mexico, with stunning vistas all along the way. One of our favorite views can be seen north of Taos, New Mexico, where high and low geographical points abound. From the majestic Wheeler Peak to the east, rising from the river at 13,159 feet to the depth of the gorge 800 feet below the valley floor, hikers, bikers, and travelers can enjoy the beauty that New Mexico brings. Our original designs are pressed in our studio on to glazed ceramic tiles. Your coasters arrive with a protective cork affixed to the back and are ready for display.
