We recommend taking a hike at Acadia National Park’s Sand Beach, or swim, or watch lobster fisherman working the waters, or sunbathe, or, or, or…. you get the idea. There are a lot of options for exploring this gem on Maine’s Mount Desert Island. A personal favorite is the modest Great Head Trail hike.
