Molas Pass, high in the Rocky Mountains’ SanJuan Range, is featured in our 4.25″ x 4.25″ ceramic coaster. A full moon rises over Molas Lake where camping and fishing are enjoyed. This pristine area in the Weminuche Wilderness welcomes hikers along the Colorado Trail. Whether you drive or ride over the San Juan Scenic Byway, also known as the Million Dollar Highway, or stop along the 10, 912 pass vista pull-off, you’ll enjoy the spectacular 360-degree views. Situated between Durango and Silverton, near Engineer Mountain, this pass offers beauty to road bike racers, mountain bikers, through hikers, and narrow-gauge train riders each summer. Our coasters are pressed in our studio on to glazed ceramic tiles. Your coasters arrive with a protective cork affixed to the back and are ready for display.
